Note: This integration guide is for Blitzit 3.0, currently available to members of our Discord community. Some features shown in this guide may not be available in the current public version 2.6.69 of Blitzit.
The Blitzit Trello integration turns your Trello board into actionable tasks in Blitzit, so you can plan on your board and execute without switching tools and losing focus.
Setting up Integration
Open the Apps icon in Blitzit and select Trello.
Log in to Trello to authorize the connection.
Choose the board to sync, for example a board named after your workspace.
Use Update Boards at any time to change which board is linked.
Integration Settings
Auto Syncing: Checks Trello for changes automatically.
Sync delete: Controls whether archiving or deleting a card in one app affects the other.
List Mapping: Match each Blitzit column to a Trello list. For example, Backlog List to To Do, This
Week List not mapped, Today List not mapped, and Done List to Done.
Default Create List: Choose which Trello list a card created in Blitzit is filed under.
Troubleshooting
If cards from a Trello list are not showing up in a Blitzit column, check that the list has an entry in List Mapping rather than Not mapped.
If archived cards linger in Blitzit, turn on Sync delete so archiving in Trello removes them.
