Note: This integration guide is for Blitzit 3.0, currently available to members of our Discord community. Some features shown in this guide may not be available in the current public version 2.6.69 of Blitzit.

The Blitzit-Microsoft Calendar integration brings your Outlook events into Blitzit, so your meetings and your tasks finally live on the same page.

Setting up Integration

1. Open the Apps icon in Blitzit and select Microsoft Calendar.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

3. Under Selected Calendars, check off which calendars to bring in, for example Calendar, United States holidays, and Birthdays.

4. Select Sync Microsoft Calendar events to pull them in.

Integration Settings

1. Date Range: Choose how far ahead Blitzit looks for events: Current week, Until end of next week, or

   Until end of 3rd week.

2. Events Type: Choose whether to bring in all events or only ones you have accepted: All Events or

   Accepted Events.

3. Sync delete: Controls whether removing an event from Outlook also removes it from Blitzit.

Troubleshooting

• If an event is missing, check that its calendar is still checked under Selected Calendars.

• If an event you have not responded to is missing, check that Events Type is set to All Events rather than Accepted Events.

• If an event you deleted in Outlook still shows in Blitzit, turn on Sync delete.
