Note: This integration guide is for Blitzit 3.0, currently available to members of our Discord community. Some features shown in this guide may not be available in the current public version 2.6.69 of Blitzit.

The Blitzit Google Tasks integration turns your Google Tasks lists into actionable tasks in Blitzit, so you can plan in Google Tasks and execute without switching tools and losing focus.

Setting up Integration

1. Open the Apps icon in Blitzit and select Google Tasks.

2. Sign in with the Google account that holds your task lists.

3. Under Task lists, check off the list or lists you want to bring in.

4. Select Sync Google Tasks to pull them in.

Integration Settings

1. Auto Sync: Import changes on refresh.

2. Sync Completion: Mirror completion to and from Google.

3. Include Completed: Also import completed tasks.

4. Delete Sync: Unlink tasks deleted in Google

Troubleshooting

• If a task will not sync, confirm its list is still checked under Task lists.

• If completed tasks reappear, check whether Include Completed is on. Turn it off if you only want active tasks.
