The Blitzit Todoist integration turns your Todoist project into actionable tasks in Blitzit, so you can plan in Todoist and execute without switching tools and losing focus.
Setting up Integration
Open the Apps icon in Blitzit and select Todoist.
Log in to Todoist to authorize the connection.
Choose a project to sync. It appears under Selected Projects with its name and project ID.
Use Update Projects at any time to change which project is linked. Each Blitzit account can have one Todoist project selected at a time. Choosing a different project through Update Projects replaces it.
Integration Settings
Auto Sync: Receive Todoist changes in real time as they happen. Use Sync project to pull the latest changes by hand whenever you want.
Delete Sync: Unlink tasks deleted in Todoist.
Me Mode: Only sync tasks assigned to you, instead of every task in the project.
Troubleshooting
If a task is missing, check whether Me Mode is on. It skips tasks assigned to teammates.
If changes from Todoist are not showing up, use Sync project to refresh manually instead of waiting for the next automatic sync.
