"Blitzit Gets Things Done!" Overall: Excellent customer support, the app itself is buttery smooth and nonintrusive plus it's very well supported in terms of flexibility and the roadmap looks solid. Pros: Ease of use, functionality and User Interface are all spot on. Cons: I'd add music inside the app, currently available in Spotify. I'd also add Brainwaves like Alpha Waves into the app too.

"Hands down, The BEST task manager I use. My experience with Blitzit has been GREAT. The app is designed to make work or tasks easier to manage without being overtasked by settings and other uneconomical features, which can be a great way of sustaining productivity. The UI is sleek and user-friendly (every other app that does something similar is not) & I like how it never diverts attention from core task execution with too many visual elements or even superfluous features that one doesn't need to see while trying to get work done. It is extra helpful for us who are quite particular to simplicity and productivity, and mainly for those seeking to condense multiple productivity tools into a single, coherent app."

"Its the perfect accountability buddy. " Overall: Overall very satisfied with this product. I needed a tool to keep myself accountable and this has massively helped me keep on track. I feel more productive and feel like I can achieve a lot more in my day. I cannot wait for the mobile app. Pros: I love how it keeps me accountable and reminds me to stay on top of my daily tasks. I can clearly set aside time to focus and know exactly what I am focussing on. Cons: There aren't many to be honest. There are obviously a few bugs as it is early days, but with an active community and responsive BlitzIt team, they get fixed quickly. Just looking forward to more features to come.

"Awesome productivity app" Pros: It’s uncomplicated unlike the other apps I’ve tried. I needed something that helped me focused on my tasks and Blitzit was the perfect tool I needed. I use it everyday and highly recommend others to give it a go! Simple yet awesome work by the team behind Blitzit! Cons: Not much I would change regarding the app. I would love to see a mobile version of it which I know they’re working on! Switched From: Notion Reasons for Switching to Blitzit: Blitzit was much more simple to use and more focused on what I needed: Dedicated time blocks to focus on my work.

"Small but powerfull" Overall: I can't believe how much easier my work has become thanks to Blitzit. I have better productivity, less stress and more time for myself. On top of that, Blitzit is simply very pretty. It's a pleasure to work with it. Pros: What I like most is its effectiveness - this tool really organizes, facilitates and speeds up my work. Cons: I haven't found any problems with Blitzit yet and I don't even see any weak points at the moment. Switched From: Trello Reasons for Switching to Blitzit: The price and features were the main reasons to make me a switch.

"Productive, playful, powerful" Overall: Some productivity tools for businesses have so many features that they're overwhelming, others seem a little boring. There's been a few snags here and there but overall I love the simplicity and playful nature of Blitzit. Pros: It's the right balance of simple yet powerful. I can make, order and tag tasks then when I need to focus, the "Blitz" mode hides all distractions so I can get work done. When using it for work I love checking the reports section to see where I'm spending my time. I also like that there's an active community. You can join discord and post bugs/requests, read weekly newsletters, listen to curated focus playlists and join focus sessions led by the Blitzit team. Cons: Blitzit is great because it's lightweight, but sometimes it can feel a little too lightweight. - The reports show where you spend your time, but not how you can be more productive. - The success gifs are fun at first, but after a while you see the same cycle. - If you have lots of tags, it can be a little hard to add the right tag to a task Small UX improvements over time would make it stand out even more. Having another killer feature that either differentiates it to the competition or does something better than others do, would make it excel. This one is different than most apps I've tried.What I loved:∗ the simplicity and focus on TODAY∗ that you can rearrange your day tasks as you go or even go back and add time to a task you already worked on (great for when you're waiting for follow-up to wrap up a task)∗ timer-focused

Beautifully designed and better than most journal apps for task management, while being much less complicated and time sucking than alternatives like Motion and other calendar-focused apps.

This app has kept me motivated and focused on tasks. I use Blitzit for personal projects. I suffer from a blood clotting disorder and have focus complications from this disorder but this app has helped me retain info (tasks) that needs to be completed. So I break down tasks into very small chunks to simplify complicated tasks. Plus it builds my confidence when I complete a big task. I love Blitzit and would highly recommend the app to everyone who just need to focus or break things down, and stay motivated completing the task.

I just finished my free trial and have subscribed for the paid version. I am loving Blitzit and am really looking forward to what the app brings in the future. So far this is what I can tell you about my experience. I have ADHD and I always try different things, Blitzit has a few features that makes the app just work for me. Timer countdown: This helps with time blindness. If you think a task should take you 2 hours and you're not even near finishing it, you can get a real sense of how much you're achieving in that time and how focused you are. Seeing the timer go down and approach to the dude time is really helpful to stay in task. Locked floating timer: The fact that the timer doesn't leave your screen is a MASSIVE GAME CHANGER for me. I've used other times before but I can easily ignore them. Not this one. In the past the only timers that worked for me were the ones with white noise that would stop every time the focus time stops. So the constant sound helped me with focus. This one I feel it helps even more. Dopamine boosts: The little gifs celebrating you finish a task on time, or letting you know you missed the goal are really helpful for my adhd brain. I'm starting to give myself more realistic time to finish each task as I get too many gifs telling me I should do better next time haha. Simplicity: Too many tools are overwhelming and distracting. Blitzit gives crucial tools to stay focus without the overwhelming super powerful features of for example Asana, which I use but I've used HOURS and hours of my life designing systems for it. My favourite feature so far is that the timer lights app and makes a sound every 10 minutes. this is massive help with my time blindness and it often brings me back to focus if I was distracted. I literally would pay the subscription just for this. Google calendar sync: something amazing that some might not know, is that you can sync asana with google calendar, which means that if Blitzit can sync with google calendar, It can also be linked with your asana. I used this, and I also use Weel, another ADHD tool that can be synced with google. All combined are giving me a great structure to stay focused and organised. Weel has a great feature for my Apple Watch, and I love Blitzit on my desktop. I don't start any work day on my computer without it now. Thank you so much!

BlitzIt does a small amount really well.It doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features or lots of menus it just lets you get tasks done.At times it can feel a bit too lightweight, but that's also its strength.The company has a newsletter, discord community, Spotify playlists and live focus sessions. They're not just shipping a product, they're really trying to help people be their best productive selves.

I use this every day! I am a freelance software project manager and I manage three clients - and this can get overwhelming sometimes. But ever since I started using Blitzit, I've been able to organise my tasks and most importantly - FOCUS - and actually get things done one after another and another and another! Love it, and love the dopamine rush of hitting "Done" and getting the celebratory message! Very cool app.

This app has been incredibly helpful for organising my to-do list and, most importantly, tracking the time spent on each task. It's a fantastic tool for developing strong time management habits.

I love Blitzit. I am so glad I was targeted with one of their Instagram ads because I genuinely use this app every single day. I have tried so many different to do list and time trackers, but normally they’re separate from each other or so over complicated, and more often than not I would forget to either start the time tracker or stop it.That’s the beauty of Blitzit. When I start a to do task, the timer starts, and when I tick the task to complete it - which I always do because I need the dopamine hit - it stops the timer.Perfect.And then the insights I get into what I’ve spent my time on and when I’m most productive are also really useful.

The productivity app I've been waiting for! In this day and age where it's so difficult to focus, Blitzit helps get work done. With it's slick design and various integrations, Blitzit helps you get the job done. I really enjoy all the different lists one can create and views this app provides. The Pomodoro timers and reports helps accomplish what most apps cannot. The customer service is really good as well. Keep up the great job. I can't wait for the mobile app to make this a truly productivity app powerhouse
